Goalie Request Information
GOALIE REQUEST INFORMATION
When requesting a goalie to fill in for your team the form must be submitted at least 4 hours before the team's scheduled game. If a goalie found the requested game a $25 rental fee must be paid at the front desk before the start of the scheduled game. If a goalie is found for the requested services, he will be paid from the fee your team pays.
**Note** do not ask for a certain goalie as this will be a first come first serve. If you want a certain goalie then you must find your team's own goalie without our help. This request is not a guarantee that GAH will find a goalie. Management will do their best to find a rental goalie. If goalie is not found no payment will be accepted and team will make a decision on forfeiting or playing without a goalie.
